I met Aurica back at the beginning of the summer during one of our elderly visitations. We were visiting an elderly women and Aurica just happened to be on her way home. Aurica was acquainted with the girl who was translating so she came over and talked with us. I saw Aurica again that afternoon when she joined Sasha, Sveta, several of the youth, and I when we went to play baseball. I sat and talked with her. She speaks English pretty well and since we both knew Spanish, we fell back on that if we couldn't find the words in English. This girl became very special to me. Click here to read more.
