This is an amazing story. I met Rodica back during summer camps. She has a desire to learn English so was constantly coming around to practice. Between her little bit of English and my broken Russian we can communicate somewhat. She is a native Romanian speaker, so Russian is not her first language either.  

It's crazy to think a few months ago, Alina and I were pulling Rodica, her sister, Tanya and their friend Aurica (see previous blog post) aside to talk about a little bit of dishonesty. They had made a fake bus pass for Tanya since she doesn't go to a school where she gets one free.
